How It Works
What you can expect, how we identify root causes, and how we know what to target to get you on your path to wellness.
Principles of Systematic and Comprehensive Cleansing
Because of genetic, environmental, dietary, and lifestyle factors, we each accumulate a set of toxic burdens within our bodies. Our systems can handle these substances to a certain point, but when our "toxic bucket" overflows, our immune system becomes stressed and can no longer function optimally. Once overwhelmed, inflammation sets in. We each express this toxic burden symptomatically in unique ways depending on the type of toxic/pathogenetic load and our "weakest links". People with chronic challenges usually have many of these burdens. Our program covers all possible sources.

The following things must be addressed within an integral "order of operations" for successful outcomes:
1.
Correct the structure (fatty acid composition) and function (voltage gradient) of the cell
membrane to ensure good exchange of nutrients into the cell and toxicants/metabolites (waste
products) out of the cell.
3.
Augment mitochondrial function (your cell's "powerhouse") which is important for production of energy, pure water, and optimal immune response.
4.
Optimize your body's natural cleansing pathways.
2.
Upregulate the natural drainage pathways of the body (bowel, liver, kidneys, bile flow, lymphatic, glymphatic (brain drainage), lungs, skin (sweating), etc. so that toxins can exit the body without redepositing elsewhere.
5.
Complete a safe, well-tolerated, comprehensive, systematic cleansing process to reduce the burden on your system that accumulates over time from diet, environmental, and genetic influences.
The Coaching Process:
Lifestyle, nutrition, and mindset play a huge role toward your success in achieving your wellness goals. Lifelong habits are hard to change. We've got your back! We will help you discover the things in your life that may be impeding your progress and will coach you toward improvements in gradual and achievable steps.
We will discuss topics such as food choices, eating habits, proper hydration (quantity and quality of water), movement and exercise, sleep and rest, stress management, mindset, and the importance of an encouraging personal support team. Your health coach will continuously equip you with a "Wellness Toolbox" that includes many different practical tips and tricks to augment your journey, deal with your symptoms, and help you feel better. You will be amazed with how regular health coaching is a complete game changer compared to working with a practitioner who doesn't offer this.

Getting to the Root Cause of Your Issues
With chronic illness, it is never one or two things that are problematic, but there are always multiple factors that need to be identified and weeded out. We use targeted state-of-the-art supplements (natural products and herbal tinctures) that open drainage pathways, kill
pathogens, and bind toxins while delivering nutrients to the cells.
We also use homeopathic symptom series kits to train the immune system to target and disable specific pathogens. This approach works even when general antibiotics, antivirals, and anti-fungals don't because many of these pathogens have surface proteins that change when exposed to killing agents, thus camouflaging and protecting the pathogen from harm, allowing it to thrive. In addition, the pathogens hide deep in the tissues (where there is poor blood flow to deliver medicines) and they surround themselves with thick biofilms that protect them from therapeutic agents. However, our natural innate immune system reaches all tissues, can counteract barriers, and, when unburdened by toxins, can be trained to deal with them effectively.
It is important that you work closely with a knowledgeable and experienced professional who is familiar with this process in order to avoid moving more quickly than your body can handle, which can cause uncomfortable symptoms and general distress. Because of our experience with many chronically unwell individuals, we can generally recognize those with more sensitive systems that need to go slower. We will provide you with many tools to minimize symptoms and we will instruct you how to alter your course of action if you encounter uncomfortable symptoms. We are easily accessible for questions or concerns.
